Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and waze33 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). These terms govern the entire use of the online casino and sports betting platform provided by waze33 under international licensing.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted one (1) account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

• Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility, whether authorised or not.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The waze33 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed below. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal timeframe: 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless special circumstances require management approval. waze33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by waze33 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms as stipulated. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• First Deposit Bonus: 100% deposit match up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Second calculation example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.
• Each member is eligible to receive the First Deposit Bonus once only.
• waze33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged directly for cash.

The waze33 VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% (Bronze tier) to 1.0% (Diamond tier). Eligibility and cashback rates depend on a member's betting activity from time to time.

Section 6

Game Rules

All games available on the waze33 platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited to ensure fairness. The following terms apply to all games:

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed on ordinary technical grounds.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game in progress, waze33 will settle the bet in accordance with the technical disruption policy in force.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the maximum bet limit set for each game when fulfilling wagering requirements.
• waze33 reserves the right to void a round or bet if a technical failure or system manipulation is proven to have occurred.

User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

As a user of the waze33 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the system for personal gain.
• Committing fraud, identity falsification, or any form of financial deception.
• Sharing an account or password with another party.
• Launching any form of attack against the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Transferring funds between different waze33 accounts to avoid wagering requirements.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

waze33 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate an account for reasons including but not limited to terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or a self-exclusion request by the user. • waze33 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or Force Majeure.
• Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• waze33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint relating to the waze33 platform, please contact our support team first via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. waze33 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the user and waze33 will be referred to an independent arbitration body appointed by our international licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Amendments and Changes to Terms

waze33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the waze33 platform after any changes are published will be considered unconditional acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
